Steve Holmgren received the 2008 President's Excellence in Teaching Award. Holmgren is an adjunct faculty member who plays a crucial role in the undergraduate education of MSU students in the Chemistry and Biochemistry program as well as several other programs on campus. An outstanding, enthusiastic teacher, Holmgren is active in undergraduate recruitment and retention.
